Despite playing hard, the 7th grade Rockets beat themselves last night in basketball action with some cold shooting mixed in with untimely turnovers. Paul Smith led all scorers with eighteen points while also grabbing eight rebounds and snagging four steals. He led the defensive attack along with the help of Javan Terpstra, Hank Mitchelson, JaMichael Williams, Rodney Walker and Garrison Niklasch. Also playing a solid game was the support from Artis Williams with his four points, two rebounds and quick feet. The young Rocket continue to work to improve as they next square off against Grand Haven on Thursday.
