The Rockets came ready to compete on Friday, April 28th at the GMAA City Meet at Reeths-Puffer High School.
The girls team took home the 1st place trophy with a total of 109 points, beating out 8 other local schools.
Leading the way for the rockets were Addison Mitchelson, Raquel Walker, Darcy Keefe, Sophia McCollum, Jailyn Zuniga, Sophia Norkett, Gabrielle Chavez, and Gracie Callender all with a first place finish in their events.
Also scoring points for the team were Zoey Smith, Eriyan Leek, Allison Clemmons, Ivanna Kass, Jaiden Marshall, and Emmarie Siembida. Congratulations!
The boys team took 6th place on Friday with first place finishes by Bryce Muskovin who not only won, but broke the middle school record for the 200 meter dash!
Also scoring for the boys team were Artis Williams, Brayen Sorenson, Evan McCollum, Ethan Rolewics, Rodney Walker, Lyric Stewart, Landon Howland, Corey Holmes, Ethan Dyer and Jaxon Lee.
