Playing their third game in as many days, the 7th grade Rockets played with tired legs against Mona Shores. A small lapse in the 2nd quarter and again late in the 3rd  dug a hole that the Rockets couldn’t climb out of in time. Leading the way was another strong performance by Addison Mitchelson who led all scorers for the 2nd straight game with fourteen points to go with eight rebounds and five steals. Raquel Walker had ten points, eight rebounds and three steals to keep RP in the game. Lauren Slater also played a nice game with two points along with three rebounds and a steal. The 7th graders look to recover from this hectic week with a couple days of practice in order to finish strong next week against Grand Haven and East Kentwood.
