On Wednesday the 8th Grade Lady Rockets traveled to face an undefeated Hamilton team. The Rockets and Hawkeyes both performed very well on the defensive end. The Rockets had their best defensive night of the season and won many possessions on the defensive end. The Rockets held the undefeated Hawkeyes to 22 points.  Great rebounding by the team led to many one shot attempts for the Hawkeyes. Unfortunately, the Rockets struggled to win possessions on the offensive end. The Hawkeye defense also limited the Rockets opportunities and held the Rockets to 17 total points. The Rockets will return home on Wednesday to face the Muskegon Little Reds.  The team is looking for a little revenge from a close loss earlier in the season. Come out and support your teams!
