The Reeths-Puffer girls bowling team set itself up for a final push for a conference championship by beating Muskegon 30-0 on Monday in O-K Green competition.

The Rockets are neck-and-neck with Caledonia for first place in the O-K Green, with the regular season ending on Saturday in the postseason conference tournament and the trophy on the line.

R-P will also be a top contender on Wednesday when it competes for bragging rights against all the other Muskegon County teams in the Greater Muskegon Athletic Association Tournament.

Hailey Johnsen, who bowled a high score of 154.

The Rockets were completely dominant against the Big Reds on Monday, winning both baker rounds and regular games.

Claiming victories in Game 1 for R-P were Destani Villalpando, Kaila Uhlig, Ella Mattson, Rowan Bluhm and Hailey Johnsen. Mattson had a high score of 148.

Winning in Game 2 were Mattson, Bluhm, Johnsen, Villalpando and Brook Buchan. Johnsen had a high score of 154, while Buchan checked in at 153 and Bluhm rolled a 149.
