The Reeths-Puffer soccer team celebrated Senior Night in style, and collected a very welcome victory, with an 8-0 drubbing of Muskegon on Thursday night.
The Rockets broke a two-game losing streak and improved their overall record to 8-8 and their O-K Green conference mark to 5-4.
Trent Hanks led the scoring barrage with two goals. Saif Abunayla, Nate Clemens, Austin Loveland, Zac Sampson and Nick Clemens also found the net for the Rockets.

Loveland’s goal was particularly cool, because he’s been the team manager this season but got a chance to suit up on Thursday.
Abunayla, Gavin Wright and Nick Clemens each had two assists while Owen Ritsema had one.
The Rockets will wrap up the regular season with a home game against rival Mona Shores on Monday, with the Causeway Cup going to the winner.
R-P will open up postseason play in the Division 2 district tournament next Thursday with another home game against Muskegon.
