The records just keep falling as the red-hot Reeths-Puffer softball team keeps plowing its way through the regular season schedule.

On Thursday the Rockets downed Spring Lake 12-0 and improved their record to 29-2-1 on the season.

The victory tied the R-P softball record for wins in a season.

Meanwhile two Rockets - Kaylee Jones and Abbie Critchett – both broke the 16-year-old team record for runs scored in a season. Jones reached 51 runs on Thursday while Critchell reached 50. The old record was 49, set by Nicole Suchy in 2008.
