The Reeths-Puffer baseball team battled to a doubleheader split with Mona Shores on Tuesday in O-K Green conference action.
After losing the opener, the Rockets evened things up with a 7-3 victory in Game 2.
Brayden Mitchelson pitched the win, allowing no runs and two hits over 3 2/3 innings. Holden Earnest finished off the win on the mound.
The Rockets scored five runs in the third inning, one in the fourth and one in the fifth.

Reeths-Puffer lost the opener 3-1.
Reichert pitched well for five innings, giving up two earned runs and striking out two. Lukas Johnson had a hit and an RBI while Earnest also had a hit.
The Rockets, now 2-1 on the season, will host Mona Shores in the series finale on Wednesday afternoon.
