Senior Sophia Hekkema scored a three-goal hat trick on Tuesday, leading the Reeths-Puffer girls soccer team to a 9-0 victory over Wyoming in the first round of the O-K Green conference tournament.
Taeah Rensberger added two goals for the Rockets while Ashlynn Anderson, Mallorie Messer, Jillian Singleton and Alyssa Herbert each conbributed one.
R-P's Sophia Hekkema, who scored three goals on Tuesday.
Assists on the goals went to Hekkema, Anderson, Brooke Bradley, Reese Tryska, Grace Goodell and Ava McDaniel.
Reeths-Puffer, which is trying to capture at least a share of the conference championship by winning the tournament, improved to 10-4-3 on the season.
The Rockets now advance to the semifinal round of the tournament on Thursday at home against Zeeland East at 6:15 p.m.
