The Reeths-Puffer baseball team will be eager to get back on the winning track on Friday night when it plays Fruitport at Muskegon’s Marsh Field in a special “Friday Night Lights” game.
That contest will come on the heels of the Rockets’ 9-3 loss to Wyoming on Thursday in the finale of a three-game O-K Green conference series.
Wyoming swept the series and extended the Rockets’ losing streak to four straight games.

The game was tied 1-1 early, then Wyoming took control by scoring four runs in the third.
Freshman Jack Yonkman took the loss on the mound for the Rockets, even though he had some success, striking out six Wyoming betters in seven innings of work.
Garrett Chesney had two hits for Reeths-Puffer while Yonkman and Chase Smith each had one.
The Rockets are now 10-4 on the season.
